“Fantastic experience and highly recommend Gino’s in Rowley. Nothing enjoyable about having a car that needs body work and repairs, but the people at Gino’s were incredibly professional, helpful, and friendly and they constantly communicated with us about the status of our car and the repairs. Professional in that they handled all the interactions with our insurance agency with no issues. Helpful in finding us a rental car while ours was in their shop. And friendly every single time we talked on the phone or stopped by. And we talked a couple times a week, because they called to let us know how the repairs were progressing and how much longer it would take. On top of all that — excellent work and the car looks unscratched, like it was never in an accident. Truly outstanding service. And then, after the reapirs, when the tire near the damaged area seemed to have a slow leak, they were able to find the problem (the valve) and replaced it, no charge. Really truly great people.
